The machine is composed of the machine body part, reducing and driving part, distributing part, extruding system parts, ration feeding part, barrel cooling parts, vacuum exhausting part and electric controlling part.

The machine has the devices of auto temperature controller, vacuum exhaust. The feeding way is forced ration. The main motor is AC for regulating speed.

Control system: Temperature controller is Ormon. Inverter and timing system adopt ABB . the contactor adopts SIEMENS. The extruder and auxiliary machinery are synchronous control, also could be separate operation.
